[6.1.12][News] Shin Hye Sung, Last Week of December 2011 Gaon Chart Number 1

(Liveworks Company) Shin Hye Sung's special album "embrace" rose quickly up to number 1 on hanteo chart.

Prior to the album release, it already received a lot of attention with "Album participation of talented artistes from the indie scene""Shin Hye Sung's new modern rock genre challenge" and many fans were looking forward to the special album "embrace".

The album was released in Dec 27 2011 and it climbed quickly to the number 1 spot on hanteo chart. The album clinched the number 1 spot on the domestic album sales position weekly chart during the last week of December 2011, surpassing idols like IU, SNSD, TVXQ.

On 30th and 31st December at Yonsei University, Shin Hye Sung held his year end concert "The Year's Journey" and sung the songs in "embrace" special album in front of 3500 fans. With news of Eric and JunJin appearing as special guests for the concert, ticket sales online was quickly sold out.

This is the first time where Shin Hye Sung and Eric collaborated on stage, leading to explosive reactions from fans and with JunJin, it is also after 4 years where "The Birds" reunite. All these once again show that Shinhwa's comeback is nearing.

Meanwhile, Shin Hye Sung will be preparing for Shinhwa's March comeback album recording and dance practises.
